CNY is here...
Nah, it was a boring one...
As usual,
nothing extraordinary..
On the other hand,
15 more days to come...
15 days to determine the path thereafter..
Oh, how I long this day to come sooner...
So here we go,
what will this new year brings?

2011!

2011,

the beginning of a lot of things, 

the ending of another year...

So how did mine began? It started with killing a cockroach (pity it, it's just 2 hours left to the new year.. xP), watching the anime at home, and then fell asleep, a peaceful new year at home with my baby Chin EveLyn, albeit with some 'cockroach fear' syndrome round the night. 

Lots of things didn't go as planned in 2010, including the last day of the year itself. Of all the days, why must it be a public holiday that day? It's not like we won the World Cup! Arghhh... And now I couldn't collect my new I/C as planned, nor have I received my interview outcome at E&Y yet!

Singapore with baby was great! We went there together with her sister and brother-in-law for 4 days and 3 nights, lots and lots of walking, tiring but fun! Not to mention the awesome shots from Lee at Esplanade in my previous post, thanks Lee! =) Plenty of shopping and sightseeing, and yet we ended up still having extras from our budget..

And interview was......well, I don't think it's that bad. At least mine is a one-on-one interview. And the interviewer was very friendly too! Though I did actually get very nervous before and during the interview, with a bit of luck, hopefully I'll start my job there in about a week time. 

All thoughts on 21st of February, I do hope that I pass all my exams, or else...I hate to think of the prospect of having to re-take my papers so so much......ah, forget it for now...

There Goes My holidays...

New Year had just ended. So how's your New Year, guys? Fun? I guess it is. Nothing great for my New Year, but not a bad one. Went to Desa Parkcity to watch the fireworks display. Man, it was damn crowded there. And worse thing is after the fireworks ended, as you guys know, there's nothing to do there. So I ended up joining some friends for 'late-night' or rather an early morning 'yum-cha' session in SS2 Murni.

And then the day after, we had a small ex-5E meet for a movie-Cirque du Freak and mamak session at Spicy. Roughly 6 to 7 person made it. Quite some time since I met with them, seems like everyone doing great! And the final day of my holidays, well, nothing great-just a birthday party sums it all.

With that, my holidays end, signaling the beginning of a new semester. 2010 should be my final year, or hopefully it is. It's finally the professional papers-meaning I really should get serious now. I've been doing my best not to be enjoying too much this holidays-hoping that I can focus better in my studies.

Well, I'm not gonna write much here. Doesn't seem to have much mood to blog. Well, hope you guys have a good year ahead! (and the same to me! XD)

The Ending & The Beginning

With the Christmas gone, few days on, there will be a new year to look to, another beginning and another ending. There ends 2009, and comes 2010. And with that also comes my new semester. It's time to concentrate back to my studies-with the professional level papers underway, it's really time to get serious, and hopefully, I do not repeat whatsoever mistake I've done this year.

Christmas had been good this year, maybe not the best but certainly an enjoyable one to me. (Hope you guys did too..) I had a great movie, basketball games with my neighbourhood pals (my first since I injured my ankle) and I even got a Christmas gift-a watch! Okay, it's not really a Christmas gift, just a gift I received during Christmas, or maybe it is, arghh.. whatever it is.

It had been some time since I felt satisfied after watching a show. And Sherlock really did the job. I've been a fan of the book for a while now, and I made no secret that it would be one of the shows that's on my 'must-watch' list. And as usual, I did not put much expectation, learning from the past that doing so will do me no good, what with those recent movies that did badly to really capture my attention. But it turns out great! Well, at least it did for me, if not for you. I'll be waiting for the sequel, hopefully it'll be good-the battle between Sherlock and Professor Moriarty.

And buffet! Oh, I'm really getting tired of these. I've been going for quite a few of those recently, and I certainly think it'll take me some time before I set foot in one again! It's pretty uncomfortable to eat too much just so that it's worth it, or maybe I'm just getting a bit old for that. (haha..)

Well, well, well.. Looking back at 2009, it's been an eventful year after all, even if it had not been so productive in terms of my studies. Some new experience, new friends, new knowledge, some changes- well,not bad after all. So then, for the new year, I wonder...

How will it be like?

How different will it be from the previous ones that had left me?

What new things will I acquire and learn for the coming year?

How much change would take place?

And how different will I be?

Well, time will tell...
